Effective Goals are what propel us forward towards success! … Every journey (i.e. personal, weight loss, business, social, etc.) begins with a goal.

Personal Affirmation:  I will turn my Dreams into Goals, my Goals into Steps, and my Steps into Actions!

Setting goals will serve as the tool for you to reach your full potential.

There are (3) types of Goals I would encourage you to set to achieve Success. They are: Personal Goals, Career Goals and Spiritual Goals.

It’s important to include large (long-term) goals and small (short-term) goals. Think of training for a marathon. The distance of a full marathon is 26.2 miles (or 42 kilometers). The ultimate goal may be to complete the race (long-term), though to get to the finish line, it’s helpful to break the run up into segments (short-term goals). For instance, when training, you may start with running a 5 miles per week, then 10 miles per week, working your way up to 15 miles per week. All of this is to build up your endurance to the big run, or the ultimate goal!

Give your Goals a timeline.

Once you’ve set your goals, EXPECT them to manifest!

Truth Confession:  To gain momentum and increase my motivation, I had to set small, worthwhile goals that were achievable! That motivation began to lead to win after WIN!

Long-term goals should be challenging, bold and audacious! This will help to discipline you, as well as keep you focused and disciplined in your actions. These larger goals generally take time to achieve.

Although, you must maintain short-term goals too! Short-term goals will help keep you motivated. The smaller goals are things that can be done now or in the near future.

You must learn to balance the larger goals with the smaller ones and celebrate your small wins in between. Celebrating the smaller wins help to avoid discouragement and avoid complicating things, while waiting for the larger goals to manifest.

Spiritual Affirmation:  The more I learn to expect the anointing and align myself with it, the more manifestations of it I will see.

Ready to Slay those Goals? Ask yourself, “What do I really want?” Then, set your goals into steps and layout a Plan of Action to achieve them.

  • Be specific about your goals
  • Write your goals
  • Commit to the goal
  • Believe the goal
  • Involve a support system
